These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IslaBank Digital, regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). By opening an account or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to open an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and identity verification.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password and authentication factors confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Use of services
You agree to use IslaBank Digital only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We may decline, delay, or reverse a transaction where required by law, risk management, or fraud prevention.
4. Fees and limits
Applicable fees and transaction limits are disclosed in-app before you confirm a transaction and may vary by account tier. We will provide notice before changing fees that apply to your account.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account to comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect the security of our systems and other customers. Where possible, we will notify you and help you access remaining funds.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IslaBank Digital is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, or from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of IslaBank Digital after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
